The following information is provided under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act for in-app purchases sold through the App Store and Google Play.

Prices

The price shown on the in-app purchase screen, including tax. In Japan: Standard ¥500 per month (100 credits each month), Premium ¥900 per month (200 credits each month), Small top-up ¥50 (2 credits), Large top-up ¥500 (50 credits). In other countries and regions, the price shown by the App Store or Google Play applies.

Other charges

Internet connection fees are paid by the customer.

Payment method and timing

Pay with the payment methods of the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payment timing follows each store's rules. Monthly plans are charged at purchase and on each renewal date.

Delivery

Available immediately after the purchase is completed.

Monthly plans (subscriptions)

Renew automatically every month. Cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. If you do not cancel before the next renewal date, the plan renews automatically (on the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period.

Returns and cancellation

Because these are digital items, returns and cancellations after purchase are not accepted. Refunds follow each store's procedures and terms.

System requirements

iOS 17.0 or later (iPhone, iPad), Android 8.0 or later. An internet connection is required for AI chats and similar features.

Other conditions

Credits can be used only for features in the app and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Top-up credits you buy do not expire.
